Cauliflower Cheese Arancini with Pickled Vegetables, Walnuts, Parsley Cress Parmesan and Honey Sultanas.

Suffolk Turkey with a Lemon, Parsley and Chestnut Stuffing, Chipolata, Crispy Bacon, Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.

Salmon Fillet with Mustard Gel, Leeks and Green Beans, Hazelnuts, Tarragon Gnocchi and a Creamed Caper-Cider Sauce.
