Salmon fishcake with celeriac and mustard remoulade.

Main Courses

Trio of fish (skate; mackerel; salmon) with French beans, crushed new potatoes, finished with a smoked salmon velouté.

Pork fillet with apple and pear chutney, mille feuille potatoes, artichoke puree and a pork jus.

Fillet of skate with mustard gnocchi, and a fennel, orange and beetroot salad.

Chicken breast with courgettes, roasted butternut squash, goats cheese, sauté potatoes, and a sherry sauce.
