Soupe du jour. Warm chicken, apple and truffle parcel wrapped in Parma ham, with celeriac purée and a tarragon vinaigrette. Smoked salmon and lemongrass mousse with cherry tomato confit, rocket, and sesame seed wafers. Salad of pickled wild mushrooms, avocado, pine nuts, onion marmalade and parmesan shavings.

Roast Norfolk Turkey with cranberry, chestnut and peppercorn stuffing, chipolatas,crispy bacon, roast potatoes and gravy. Fillet of seabream cooked in a herb and potato pancake, with tomato fondue, sugar snap peas and a French mustard sauce. Duck leg confit with butternut squash and lemon purée, chorizo creamed potatoes, and a duck jus. Herb and potato pancake topped with toasted goats cheese, crushed apples, roast celeriac, beetroot mousse and a walnut vinaigrette.

Chocolate mousse with honeycomb parfait, mandarin jelly, and biscotti. Vanilla crème brûlée with a oat meal tuile and raspberry sorbet. Selection of cheese and water biscuits with apple chutney. Lemon mousse with red wine poached plums, and an almond meringue. Fox and Goose Christmas pudding with rum and nutmeg custard.
