Tasting Menu @ £38 per person

Available evenings only. The whole table must have the tasting menu each, or all dine from the a la carte.

Fillet of seabream served on buttered spinach, with braised celery and a caper, parsley and grape vinaigrette.

Duck breast with quince puree, bok choi, a red wine and orange caramel.

Crab and prawn raviolo with baby gem lettuce, red pepper puree, lemongrass and coriander sauce.

Alburgh loin of Lamb served on a fennel and leek risotto, with honeyed garlic puree, and a lamb jus.

Herb crusted lemon sole fillets served on a potato, avocado and cucumber salad, with smoked salmon, and a pink grapefruit mayonnaise.
