Starters £4.50 or Light Lunches £8.95Leek and fennel soup or tomato gazpacho. Calves liver with sweetcorn risotto, blackcurrant puree and watercress. Fillet of seabream with tomato fondue and sweet and sour peppers. Warm salad of duck confit, peaches, fennel, rocket and cashew nuts with a sweet chilli dressing. Goats cheese and apricot tart with apple puree, nutmeg and rocket. Salmon and beetroot fishcake with horseradish and herb creme fraiche. Main courses £9.50Fillet of pollock on lime and samphire linguini, with courgettes, grapes and a lobster vinaigrette. Risotto of asparagus, peas and spinach, with a parmesan, fennel, apple and mizuna lettuce leaf salad. Skate wing with a lemon and Gruyere cheese crust, butternut squash puree, crushed new potatoes, asparagus, raisin and caper dressing. Pork fillet with peach and elderflower chutney, runner beans, creamed potatoes and a thyme jus. Trio of fish: Mackerel; Haddock; Salmon, with an avocado and tomato risotto, baby gem lettuce, finished with a tarragon and lemongrass sauce. Chicken breast with potato mille-feuille, pea puree, pickled wild mushrooms, rocket and a chicken jus. Desserts £4.50Chocolate mousse with hazelnut cake, black cherry syrup and a creme fraiche. Elderflower panna cotta with strawberries and a cumin tuile. Selection of cheeses with water biscuits, apple and plum chutney. Blackcurrant and honey creme brulee with a cahsew nut tuile.
